§ 8.08.050. Director of emergency services, and deputy director of emergency services.

A.

There is created the office of director of emergency services. The city manager shall be the director of emergency services.

B.

There is created the office of deputy director of emergency services, who shall be the fire chief.

C.

There is created the office of acting director of emergency services, who shall be appointed by the director of emergency services to serve in his/her absence.
