§ 1.16.030. Penalties for infractions.

Unless otherwise specified, each and every violation of a provision of this code which is an infraction is punishable by:
A.

A fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for the first violation;

B.

A fine not exceeding two hundred dollars for a second violation of the same provision within one year;

C.

A fine not exceeding five hundred dollars for each additional violation (after the second) of the same provision within one year of the first violation.
