§ 15.36.020. Speed zone regulations.

In zones designated by the city council by resolution as speed zones within the special use area, it is unlawful:
A.

For any person to operate a motorboat in other than a counterclockwise traffic pattern, except when specifically directed otherwise by a public officer or employee engaged in the enforcement of state law or local regulations;

B.

For any person to operate a motorboat in excess of the posted speed, except a public officer in the performance of his duty.
